These vids work,but you have to use them daily & usually a month at a time. I find these vids control my appetite & I eat less. In this case they work quick. I don’t stay long enough to lose weight.

There’s been no microwave garbage. Mostly its been chunk light tuna with crackers & Raisin Bran Cereal with milk. My shame…eating the hell out of some apple filled cake. Damn it was delicious! Its not always easy to pray. If that’s the way it is,seek the prayer from other Christians. Or go to God & tell him you have a prayer,but you don’t know what to say. He understands & accepts your prayer. Trust Him.
You will find lots of this at youtube. You can do these or torture yourself with foods you hate & exercise you’d like to avoid. I still say to eat foods that are nutritional & do some sort of exercise you like. Take care of yourself. Meditation is an ideal way of caring for yourself.
I am inclined to question it. We have visualization,guided meditation,self hypnosis,acupressure,& prayer. This kicked in yesterday & gave me the hope I never really had. I’m not saying this as an excuse to eat out of control,but it sure has me thinking in a fresh new light.
